5-(3-甲基-2-吡啶)-亚甲基罗丹宁光度法测定铂的研究

Study on spectrophotometric determination of platinum with 5-(-methyl-2-pryidyl)-methylenerhodanine

研究了 5-(3 -甲基 -2 -吡啶 ) -亚甲基罗丹宁 (MPMR)与铂的显色反应。在pH =7 0醋酸铵缓冲介质中 ,在乳化剂 -OP存在下 ,MPMR与铂反应生成黄色络合物 ,λmax=4 65nm ,ε=6 2 6× 1 0 4L/ (mol·cm)。铂的质量浓度在 0～ 2 μg/ml内符合比尔定律。该方法用于铂精矿中铂的测定 ,结果令人满意。

The color reaction of 5-(-methyl-2-pryidyl)-methylenerhodanine(MPMR) with Pt(Ⅱ) was studied.In the presence of the NH 4Ac buffer solution and OP at pH=7.0 Pt(Ⅱ) can reacts with MPMR to form a yellow complex in which the molar ratio of MPMR∶Au=2∶1.The molar absorptivity is 6 26×10 4 at 465nm.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0～2μg/ml This method can be applied to the determination of platinum in ore with satisfactory result.
