文中通过对中国黄金总公司所属黄金企业经营现状的分析 ,提出全面预算管理的观念、理论和实施方法 ,论述了实施全面预算管理对黄金企业发展的重要影响。

On the basis of the analyses of the current situation of the management of gold enterprises subordinated to China General Gold Company,this paper advanced the concept,theory and implementation method of overall budget management and made description of the important influence of the implementation of overall budget management on the development of gold enterprise.
