摘要
本文叙述了采用无坩锅感应加热Ar气雾化制取钛与钛合金粉末的装置与工艺 ,讨论了气雾化钛与钛合金粉末的物理和化学特性以及粉末的粒度分布。结果表明 ,气雾化钛与钛合金粉末的物理、化学特性与PREP工艺粉末相同 ,粉末粒度分布特性优于PREP工艺粉末。气雾化小于 0 2 46mm (-6 0目 )粉末收得率可达 82 %以上 ,成本比PREP工艺低得多。
The manufacturing unit and process of the Ti and its alloy powder made by inert gas atomization which is using by induce heating without crucible is described in the paper.The powder character and particle size distribution is discussed.The results show that the physical and chemical characters of the Ti and its alloy powder made by inert gas atomization is identical with that by PREP,but the character of particle size distribution has an advantage over that of PREP.The powder yield with-60 mesh of Ti and its alloy made by inert gas atomization is above 82%.The cost is much lower than that of PREP
