摘要
借用修正伽利略准数 Ga′判别法 ,采用密度为 990kg m3、直径为 3~ 4mm的粒子进行了模拟平面射流夹带石灰粉剂在铁水中流动行为的实验研究 ,结果表明造成一个合理的流场对粒子的停滞时间至关重要 ,并给出了最佳工艺结构组合 ,这为平面射流连续反应器在应用时的结构与工艺参数的确定提供了重要依据。
Via the criterion for modification of Galileo parameter G a ′,the study on the behaviour of entrapped lime powders for plain jet flow in molten iron has been carried out by simulation experiment using the particles of 990kg/m 3 in density and 3~4mm in diameter.The results show that an appropriate flow field is of great importance to residence time of particles.The optimal combination of process structures has been also presented,which can provide important basis for decision of structures and process parameters for the application of plain jet continuous reactor.
