武钢 4号高炉大修时采用了一系列先进设备和先进技术 ,加强了原料系统配套改造 ,3、 8、 9号烧结矿槽新增振动筛 ,筛除入炉烧结矿粉末 ,改善料柱透气性 ,保障高炉顺行 。
Great importance was attached to the revamping of charge material system and a series of advanced technologies and equipment were adopted during the relining of No 4 BF at WISCO In the project the No 3,No 8 and No 9 ore channels were revamped and equipped with three additional vibration sieves to screen out fines of charging sintered ore to improve the permeability of the stock column,to ensure smooth operation of the BF,reduce coke consumption and increase hot metal output
