摘要
凌钢喷煤工程制粉系统采用中速磨短流程工艺 ,喷吹系统采用浓相输送技术 ,试生产期间无法实现正常喷吹。针对存在的问题进行了一系列的技术改造和工艺参数调整。自 1998年投入运行以来 ,该系统运行正常 ,喷煤量达到了设计水平。
For PCI at LISC,the pulverized coal preparation system adopted the short technological process with mid speed grinder and the coal injection system adopted KOSTE dense phase transport technology During the trial production,the whole system could not operate normally Then,a series of technical revamping and process parameter adjustment was performed After the completion of the revamping on May 1,1998,the operation of the system has been stabilized with designed coal injection rate
