铜川图书馆发挥全市中心馆的纽带作用,将城市区域范围内各类型的图书馆联合起来,通过建立联合编目中心、文献配送物流中心,以统筹规划、统一采编、馆际流通、分级管理、资源共享、一证通用"的服务模式,实现了馆际之间的资源互补,在区域内构建起全方位、多层次的信息资源保障体系;在区域内各图书馆发挥整体服务作用的同时,使区域内各单位的文献信息资源保障能力获得提高。

Tongchuan Library plays the linking role as the center library in the whole city, and joins up various types of libraries in the urban area. Through establishing the joint cataloging center and the literature distribution logistics center, with the service model of overall planning, unified acquisition and cataloging, interlibrary circulation, hierarchical management, resource sharing and one license generic, Tongchuan Library realizes the interlibrary resource complementary, and build the omnibearing, multistratal security system of information resources in the region. All libraries play the integral role in the region, and improve abilities of literature information resources in member libraries and units in the region.
