摘要
福州地区大学城利用模糊综合评判法,从联盟管理、资源建设、服务能力、共享效益、用户测评5个方面对其文献资源共享平台进行了绩效评估。在绩效评估过程中,评估者应注意绩效评估中的风险控制,建立评估激励机制,注重部分评估与整体评估、量化与定性相结合。
University Union in Fuzhou has used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the information-sharing platform from the consortium management, the resource construction, the service ability, the sharing benefit, the user evaluation. In the process of performance evaluation, the evaluator should pay attention to the rish control, establish the excitation mechanism, and pay attention to the combination of the part evaluation and the overall evaluation, quantification and qualitation.
