摘要
本文通过德士古煤气化炉的研制 ,阐述了Cr-Mo钢厚壁复合板筒身的冷成形工艺方法 ,并介绍了复合板筒身成形前后所采取的一些工艺保证措施。
This article elabrates the cold froming process of thick-compounded plate with Cr-Mo material throughout the manufacturing of GASIFIER.It also introduces some of the process measure for ensuring performed before and after cold forming.
