摘要
高炉铁水在出铁、运送、待兑等过程中 ,温降一般可达 90～ 110℃ ,严重影响转炉多吃废钢 ,浪费能源。分析了铁水温降的几方面原因 ,并对此提出铁水保温的几项技术措施。
The temperature drop of BF hot metal generally reaches 90 to 100℃ during tapping, transport and mixing, which makes the converter consume more waste steel and the energy resources be wasted. The article analyzes the reasons for temperature drop of hot metal. Based on which, several technical measures about temperature holding of hot metal are raised.
