摘要
目的:观察加味泽泻汤对实验性大鼠高脂血症的预防作用。方法:选用Wistar雄性大鼠,在给予高脂饲料的同时加味泽泻汤(含生药5,10,20 g.kg-1)ig连续30 d,观察对大鼠体重、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及载脂蛋白B(apoB)、脂蛋白AⅠ(apoAⅠ)及脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的影响。结果:加味泽泻汤高、中、低剂量组大鼠体重与模型组比较有显著变化;高、中、低剂量均能明显抑制大鼠血清TC,TG,LDL-C的升高,提高HDL-C的水平,并能明显降低大鼠血清中apo B,Lp(a)水平,提高apo AⅠ水平。结论:加味泽泻汤对大鼠实验性高脂血症有显著的预防作用。
Objective: To investigate the prevention effect of modified Alismatis Rhizoma decoction (MARD) on hyperlipidemia in rats. Method: Wistar male rats were fed by high fat diet and treated with MARD of small dose, middle dose and large dose (5, 10, 20 g ·kg^(-1)) by oral administration for 30 days. And calculated the changes of weight at the end of the experiment, study the influence of MARD on the serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C), apolipoprotein AI (ApoAI), apolipoprotein (ApoB), lipoprotein (a) [ Lp (a) ] in rats. Result: A significant difference between the model group and the MARD groups on the weight of rats. Each MARD group showed significant inhibition on the rise of TC, TG, LDL-C. The HDL-C, ApoA I were increased significantly, and ApoB, lp (a) were significantly decreased by MARD. Conclusion: MARD has obviously prevention effect on hyperlipidemia in rats.
