摘要
本文分析了影响高阻测量精度的主要因素 ,设计了以单片机为核心的高阻测量仪。采用恒流测压法和加压测流法相结合的测量方案 ,运用双屏蔽输入电缆 ,保护接地及优选输入级器件等关键技术 ,使电阻测量可达 1 0 1 6Ω ,电流测量可达 1 0 - 1 3A。
This paper mainly analyzed the affecting factor of the measurement accuracy of high resistance meter and discussed the measurement methods, which combines the voltage measurement under condition of constant current with the currant measurement under condition of the constant voltage.The instrument is based on microprocessor control. The high resistance meter adopted the input cable of two shielded layers and technique of guarded ground etc. It measures the resistance as high as 10 16 Ω and measures the current as weak as 10 -13 A.
