摘要
“智能便携式压平眼压计的研制”项目课题组提出“基于眼球角膜直径自动检测原理”的眼压测量法,该方法在吸收了普通压平式眼压计眼压测量原理的基础上,借用光学、机械、电子等多学科提供的技术手段,实现眼压自动检测、眼压数值自动显示等普通压平式眼压所不具备的功能.在上述眼压测量法的基础上,着重叙述该眼压计在工程化设计过程中,几个技术问题的解决方法,它们分别是光路设计、仪表的硬件和软件设计、眼压计算方法及眼压计的标定等.
The task group, of 'development of handy intellectualized ocular tonometer', has put forward the measurement of ocular pressure making use of 'Principle of Measuring the Applanation Diameter of Ocular Cornea'. Employing the measure principle of common tonometer by planishing ocular cornea, the measurement makes full use of the means provided by optics, mechanics, electronics, and so forth, so that the tonometer has more functions than common one, eg. ocular pressure automatic measure and display. Based on the above - mentioned measurement of ocular pressure, the paper is mainly concerned with several key technical problems: the opticator, the hardware & the software design of the tonometer, the calculation method of the ocular pressure, the calibration method & result and so on.
