摘要 该文简单介绍国内外聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封材料的研究进展,详细介绍了一种国产新型高弹性聚四氟乙烯密封材料的工艺。通过对助剂、聚四氟乙烯膜双向拉伸及层压热处理工艺的研究,确定了高弹性聚四氟乙烯密封材料的制造工艺。按该工艺制备的高弹性聚四氟乙烯密封材料其压缩率达到46%,回弹率为达到16%,蠕变松弛率达到9%。 A new type of PTFE sealing material manufacturing method and its research progress are introduced.Through the different influence factors and process research,the PTFE sealing material fabricated by laminating and heat treatment process is determined.Studies show that after the film laminating-compositing process,the compression ratio is 46%,the rebound ratio reaches 16%,creep and relaxation ration decreases to 9%.
