高压开关产品中,密封圈硬度的高低对密封性能有着紧密的联系,是评定密封性能最重要的指标,尤其是高压开关产品重SF6气体密封,以对我公司产品漏气问题进行分析,着重对三元乙丙胶材料的密封圈硬度选取以及压缩率的选取进行了试验研究,从而找出漏气原因,同时对密封圈的硬度与压缩率的选取提供了依据。

The high voltage switch products,the level of hardness of ring sealing performance are closely linked,is the most important indicator to assess seal performance,especially in high-voltage switchgear products re-SF6 gas seal leakage problem in our products were analyzed,conducted a pilot study focusing on seal hardness of the EPDM material selection and compression ratio selected in order to identify the cause of the leak,at the same time provide a basis for the hardness of the ring and the compression ratio selection.
