花卉乌头育种的研究及应用前景展望

针对收集的乌头资源存在的问题,结合辐射诱导育种倾向,通过参考其他球根花卉辐射育种剂量,对乌头块根进行辐射诱变,寻找出乌头种球辐射变异的适宜剂量,进行优良单株选择培育花卉新品种(系),选出适宜商品化切花生产的乌头优良品种或株系,使其茎杆降低、植株长势均匀,便于采收,同时茎杆粗壮,茎杆硬度能够加强,防止倒伏;对于那些株高更低、产生分枝多的株系,宜将其稳定后再培育成盆栽乌头或园林用宿根花卉;花型、花色、花期有一定的改进,使花的生长更好,有利于切花生产。

In this paper, the present situation and breeding of aconitum varieties were analyzed, The hypotheses were imagined on the breeding of aconitum, which maybe helpful to the cultivating of new varieties.
