摘要
目的探讨合并糖尿病的良性前列腺增生症（BPH）患者TURP围手术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析60例BPH合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理及治疗。结果60例患者获得满意的护理疗效，无护理并发症。结论BPH合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理是手术成功的基础、术后满意疗效的后盾。
Objective To study the perioperative nursing of TURP for benign prostate hyperplasia patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods The nursing and treatment of 60 BPH patients with diabetes mellitus were retrospectively analyzed in the study. Results Satisfactory nursing effects were seen in all 60 patients, and moreover no nursing complications were found. Conclusion Perioperative nursing nursing was very important for successful operation and better curative effect of BPH patients with diabetes mellitus
