摘要
本文介绍了一种用于卫星导航接收机中的多模低噪声放大器模块的设计。采用主流CMOS工艺,对源极负反馈的共源共栅放大器的放大管栅源两极间增加可调电容、调整偏置电压、共用片外匹配以及调整输出电感的方法,实现多个频点的噪声和功率匹配。采用TSMC 0.18μm 1P4M射频CMOS工艺进行流片验证,在1.207GHz到1.575GHz频段多个频点处的可获得17.3dB到18.5dB增益,在1.8V工作电压下,噪声系数均小于1.8dB,工作电流均小于3.6mA,完全满足接收机的应用。
This paper presents a multi-band low noise amplifier for the global satellite navigation receiver. The amplifier circuit employs the cascode structure with source degenerated inductance. The multi-band simultaneous noise and input matching has been achieved by taking a series of steps, including: adjusting the extra capacitance between source and gate of the input stage, switching the bias voltage, sharing the same off-chip matching network, and adjusting the capacitance of the output LC tank. The test-chips are fabricated with TSMC 0.18μm 1P4M RF CMOS process. The gains of 17.3dB-18.5dB are achieved on several bands distributed on frequency span of 1.207GHz-l.575GHz. The measured noise figures are under 1.8dB. The currents are less than 3.6mA with a 1.8V power supply. The measured results fully satisfy the specification of the applications.
