摘要
QRST对消法是从体表心电信号中提取心房颤动F波的一种重要方法,针对传统对消法对QRST复合波形态变化十分敏感这一缺陷,提出了一种在最小均方误差意义上的最优QRST模板生成方法.深入分析了模板对消法的原理,推导出了各心拍QRST复合波生成QRST模板的最佳线性表示系数,并给出了生成最优模板的步骤.对仿真信号和真实房颤心电信号的F波提取实验表明,该方法对两种传统模板对消法,即平均模板对消法和时空对消法进行改进后,F波提取效果均得到明显改善.
QRST cancellation is an important method for extracting fibrillation(F) waves from electrocardiogram(ECG) signals of body surface.Aiming at the disadvantage that the traditional cancellation methods were very sensitive to the morphology variation of QRST complex waves,an generation method for optimum QRST template with the meaning of least mean square errors was proposed.The principle of template cancellation method was thoroughly analyzed.Then the optimal linear representation coefficients for each heart beat QRST complex wave to generate the QRST template was derived,and the steps for generating the optimum template was given.The F wave extraction tests for both simulated and real atrial fibrillation ECG singals show that after applying the proposed method,the extraction effect of two traditional template cancellation methods,namely the average template cancellation method and spatiotemporal cancellation method,gets obviously improved.
