摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺的凝胶电泳法研究了小麦不同品种接种白粉菌后过氧化物酶同工酶的变化。接种后,无论抗病品种或感病品种对病原物都有保卫反应,酶活性增强。比较各品种酶谱后发现,仅在两个抗病品种酶谱上出现了第六酶带,其余五个感病品种均未出现。第六酶带可能与抗病品种的抗性基因有关。
There are some changes in peroxdase isoenzyme after polyacrylamide gel clectrophoresis is used to study different kinds of wheat inoculated by powdery mildew. After being inoculated, all of the varieties of wheat have 'protective reaction' and more enzyme activity whether they are susceptible or not.Through the sample zymogram it is discovered that among all of the samples the hexa-zymozone appears only on two resistant races. Obviously, it is possible that hexazymozone is in counection with the resistant genes of resistant races.
