脐带异常对围产儿及分娩方式的影响

目的:脐带是连接母体和胎儿的通道,是胎儿气血交换、获得发育所需营养的桥梁。临床上存在的各种脐带异常现象都可能影响胎儿的正常发育,严重者还会导致难产甚至死亡。本文主要探讨脐带异常对围产儿的影响。方法:将2010年10月至2011年10月在我院分娩且存在脐带异常的154例产妇作为研究对象进行分析。结论:当出现脐带异常现象的时候,应该对孕妇进行密切观察及定期检查,通过综合诊断,对胎儿在宫内的发育情况进行判定,并进行及时处理,以减少新生儿窒息及围产儿病死的发生几率。

objective：umbilical cord is connected the channel matrix and the fetus,qi,obtain exchange is fetal development nutrition of the bridge.In the clinical of these existing umbilical cord abnormal phenomenon may affect the normal development of the fetus,serious still can cause during childbirth and even death.This paper mainly discusses the influence of the umbilical cord abnormal on births.Methods：from October 2010 to October 2011 in our hospital delivery and existence of 154 cases of abnormal umbilical cord maternal as the research object analysis.Conclusion：when umbilical cord anomalies of pregnant women should close observation for pregnant women periodically,through comprehensive diagnosis of fetal development situation in the house of a judgment,and carry on the handle in time,reduce the occurrence of neonatal suffocation situation,reduce the perinatal infants dead ill situations.
