HPLC法测定清肝片中(R,S)-告依春的含量

建立清肝片中(R,S)-告依春的HPLC定量方法。采用ApolloC18色谱柱,甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(15:80)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为245nm。(R,S)-告依春在0.0201～0.3105mg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);方法回收率为98.88%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。该方法简便、快速、准确,适用用于清肝片中(R,S)-告依春的含量测定。

HPLC A HPLC method was esiablished for the tletrmination of（R,S）-Epigoitrin in Qinggan Pian.Apollo C18 was used with,Acetonitrile-0.02%Phosphoric Acid（15：85）as amobile phase,The flow rale was 1.0mLmin-1,The detection wavelength was 245nm,The linear of（R,S）-Epigoitrin was in the range of 0.0201～0.3105 mgml-1（r=0.9999）.The mean recovery rate was 98.88%,RSD was 1.8（%n=6）.This method is simple.rapid and accurate,and can be used as the quality control of Qinggan Pian.
