口服抗早孕药物配合清宫术治疗稽留流产后的疗效分析

目的:分析米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产的临床疗效。方法:选择收治的64例稽留流产患者随机平均分组,治疗组32例口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇后予以常规刮宫,对照组32例单纯口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组完全流产率87.5%显著高于对照组完全流产率46.9%,治疗组在术中出血量、住院时间、出血时间及人流综合并发症的发生率明显优于对照组,比较结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产相比单纯药物流产有明显治疗优势,是一种安全、有效、可靠的治疗手段。

Objective：to analysis of mifepristone and misoprostol combined with curettage for treatment of missed abortion clinical curative effect.Methods：64 cases of missed abortion patients randomly grouping,the treatment group of 32 cases oral mifepristone and misoprostol to conventional curettage,32 cases in the control group treated with oral mifepristone and misoprostol,comparison of two clinical curative effect.Results：the complete abortion rate was 87.5% in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group the complete abortion rate was 46.9% in treatment group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,bleeding time and artificial abortion complication rates are significantly better than the control group,compared the results were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone Combined with curettage for treatment of missed abortion compared with drug abortion has a significant therapeutic advantage,is a safe,effective,reliable means of treatment.
