豚鼠耳蜗血管纹和前庭膜的超微结构

摘要 本文对4只(8耳)健康成年豚鼠耳蜗的血管纹和前庭膜进行超微结构观察。血管纹是衬贴在膜性蜗管外壁上的一层上皮,它由三种细胞,即边缘细胞、中间细胞和基底细胞组成。上皮中含有丰富的毛细血管。前庭膜为膜性蜗管的上壁,将前庭阶与膜性蜗管(中阶)分开。前庭膜很薄,由两层上皮和一薄层的结缔组织组成。 The ultrastructure of the stria vascularis and vestibular membrane from four guinea pigs were re- sported.The stria vascularis is an important portion which forms the outer wall of the cochlear duct.This thicker epithelium consists of three cell types,with numerous blood capillaries embedded within it.The three kinds of cells include the marginal cells on the endolymphatic space,the basal cells on the spiral ligament and the intermediate cells.The vestibular membrane(Reissner's membrane) separating scala vestibuli and cochlear duct is thin,it consists of two layers of cells,Between the inner and outer cell layers there is a basement membrane.
