摘要
本文报告用 Wistar 大鼠制作手术创伤模型,采用原子吸收光谱法制定术后不同时相10种组织中锌的含量。结果表明创伤后大鼠体内锌发生了广泛的变化,大部分组织于术后一周内恢复到术前水平。其中血清、股肌和股骨锌含量显著下降;肝和伤口周围皮肤及肌肉锌含量显著增加。作者认为创伤后体内锌有向肝和伤口等代谢旺盛的组织中移动的倾向。提示手术创伤后机体对锌的需要增加。
This paper reported the observation of zine distribution in Wistar rats traumatic stress models by determing 10kinds of different tissues with atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Data implicated after traumatic stress that the changes of zine level may be generalized.There are dimimution in the blood sera,femoral muscle and bone,otherwise the zine concentration in liver,skin and muscle around the site of skin incision were argument.Results implicated when trumatic stress there has a tendency of the mineral zinc moving from some other tissue onto these active metabolism traumatic tissues.Also explain after trauma the body need more mineral zine
