企业间协调联动机制影响因素分析——基于结构方程模型的分析

Analysis on Influential Factors of the Coordination and Linkage Mechanism Between Enterprises—Based on the SEM

企业间协调联动机制受多因素综合影响,体现出多元化与复杂性特征。利用结构方程模型,针对影响协调联动机制的6个关键因素:相互依赖与信任、不确定性、企业文化、信息沟通与共享、利益分享和政策法律环境,分析验证不同因素对协调联动的作用路径及各因素间的复杂交互关系,并提出改进合作关系的相应对策。

Affected by multiple factors,the coordination and linkage mechanism shows characteristics of diversity and complexity.This paper puts forwords six key factors：interdependence and trust,uncertainty,enterprise culture,information communication and sharing,benefit-sharing,policy and legal environment.Using the structural equation model,through an analysis of the complex interactions of different factors on the pathway and the linkage between factors,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the cooperative relationship.
