摘要
[目的]对青海和宁夏枸杞子中的微量元素进行对应聚类分析,从而深入了解样品的品质与其微量元素组成和样品来源的相互关系。[方法]选取青海和宁夏11个不同产地枸杞子中Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn 4种微量元素含量的最近测定结果及锌铜比(Zn/Cu)组成原始测量数据矩阵,采用对应聚类分析的方法对青海和宁夏两地枸杞子中微量元素的分布特征进行分析研究。[结果]宁夏中宁、中卫、平罗、石嘴山、黑城地以及青海河湟谷地、青海格尔木的枸杞品质主要与Zn、Mn 2个微量元素相关;Zn/Cu对青海都兰产枸杞品质影响较大;Fe对宁夏银川产枸杞品质影响较大;Cu对宁夏某枸杞研究所、青海诺木洪产枸杞品质影响较大。[结论]该研究得到了不同产地枸杞子的品质与其微量元素之间的相关关系,为进一步研究不同产地枸杞子资源的开发栽培、采收加工及进一步开发利用提供了可靠的理论依据。
[Objective] This study aimed to conduct correspondence cluster analysis of the trace elements in Chinese wolfberry in Qinghai and Ninxia regions and investigate the relationship among the quality of these samples,the composition of trace elements and the sample sources.[Method] The determined contents of trace elements and ratios of zinc to copper(Zn/Cu) of Chinese wolfberry from 11 different producing areas in Qinghai and Ninxia regions were adopted to construct the matrix of raw measurement data,to analyze the distribution characteristics of the trace elements in Chinese wolfberry in Qinghai and Ninxia regions by using the corresponding cluster analysis method.[Result] The quality of Chinese wolfberry in Zhongning County,Zhongwei City,Pingluo County,Shizuishan City,Heicheng Town of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Huangshui River Valley,Golmud City of Qinghai Province is mainly related to the contents of Zn and Mn;Zn/Cu greatly affects the quality of Chinese wolfberry in Dulan County of Qinghai Province;Fe has great effect on the quality of Chinese wolfberry in Yinchuan City of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region;Cu greatly affects the quality of Chinese wolfberry in Nuomuhong Village of Qinghai Province and a wolfberry institute of Ninxia.[Conclusion] The relationship between the quality of Chinese wolfberry from different producing areas and the trace elements was investigated,which provides theoretical and practical basis for further development,cultivation,collection,processing and utilization of Chinese wolfberry resources from different producing areas.
