摘要
文中针对玉米幼胚组织培养研究进展情况,综述了影响玉米幼胚组织培养的因素,包括玉米基因型、基本培养基、生长调节物质、附加物等,旨在为建立高诱导率、广谱性的愈伤组织培养基提供参考。
Based on research progress in immature embryo tissue culture of maize,the factors impacting on immature embryo tissue culture of maize were summarized,including maize genotypes,minimal medium,growth regulator,appendages,etc.in order to provide a reference on establishing a high induction rate,broad-spectrum callus tissue culture medium.
