不同海拔高度对云烟97烟叶品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]对不同海拔高度云烟97(Nicotiana tabacum L.)初烤烟叶的外观质量、化学成分、评吸质量进行分析。[方法]供试品种为巧家主栽品种云烟97,设置6个海拔处理,分别为处理A:海拔1 450 m,处理B:海拔1 540 m,处理C:海拔1 600 m,处理D:海拔1 700 m,处理E:海拔1 830 m,处理F:海拔1 910 m,处理G:海拔2 020 m。[结果]海拔在1 450~2 020 m内,随着海拔高度的增加,烟叶的外观质量和评吸质量总体评分表现先增大后减小趋势,以海拔1 600~1 830 m表现较好;总糖和还原糖含量随着海拔高度的上升逐渐增加;在海拔1 830 m以下,烟叶烟碱、总氮、蛋白质含量随海拔高度的增加而下降。烟叶评吸质量随海拔高度上升先提升后降低,海拔1 700m感官评吸质量最好。[结论]综合来看,海拔1 600~1 830 m内云烟97各项指标表现较好。 [Objective] The appearance quality,chemical components and smoking quality of Yunyan 97 at different altitudes were analyzed.[Method] Yunyan 97,a main cultivation variety in Qiaojia area,was the tested variety.Six altitudes were 1 450,1 540,1 600,1 700,1 830,1 910,2 020 m resp.,marked as treatment A,B,C,D,E,F,G.[Result] The results showed that the appearance quality and smoking quality increased firstly and descended secondly as the altitude increasing in the altitude range from 1 450 m to 2 020 m.The total sugar and reduced sugar content increased gradually as the altitude from 1 600 m to 1 830 m.The nicotine,total nitrogen and protein content decreased as the altitude rising of the altitude below 1 830 m.The smoking quality increased firstly and then descended as the altitude rising,and the smoking quality was best in the altitude of 1 700 m.[Conclusion] The every indicator has better quality performance of the altitude 1 600 m to 1 830 m of flue-cured tobacco Yunyan 97.
