抑制黄瓜黑斑病的中药复配方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨抑制黄瓜黑斑病菌效果较好的中药复方和中药复配方法。[方法]首先通过测定最低抑菌浓度来筛选效果较好的抑菌中药,然后采用正交设计和均匀设计方法进行了中药复配,并比较了所得配方与化学农药多菌灵的抑菌效果。[结果]通过正交设计得知,丁香抑菌效果最显著,所做两单药交互作用不明显;通过均匀设计得知,单顶贡献率依次为丁香、肉桂、高良姜。在交互作用正项中,土槿皮与菖蒲、丁香与牡丹皮、黄连与牡丹皮具有协同作用,可复配增强药效。优化配方中,土槿皮、肉桂、丁香、黄连、菖蒲、牡丹皮、高良姜比例为2.305∶2.703∶3.422∶4.089∶0.914∶5.880∶0.684,所得复方同浓度抑菌率优于化学农药多菌灵,其中1.25 mg/ml复方抑菌率达到100%。[结论]该复方和中药复配方法具有很高的应用价值。 [Objective] To investigate the inhibition of Alterharia alternate better traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine complex method.[Method] The better antibacterial Chinese medicine screened first by measuring the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),Then orthogonal design and uniform design method were used for Chinese medicine compound.[Result] Orthogonal design was informed that the inhibitory effect of Flos caryopliylli most significantly,the two single-drug interactions is not obvious,Single top contribution rate followed by Flos caryopliylli,Cortex cinnamomj,Rhizoma anemarrnenae.Optimizing the formula,Cotex psecdolaricis,Cortex cinnamomj,Flos caryopliylli,Rhizoma coptidis,Anemone altaica,Coriex moutan,Rhizoma anemarrnenae by a ratio of 2.305∶ 2.703∶ 3.422∶ 4.089∶ 0.914∶ 5.880∶ 0.684.The effect indicated the combination herb excelled pesticide.[Conclusion] The compound of traditional Chinese medicine and compound method has very high application value.
