摘要 [目的]评价韩国SK99%矿物油对B型烟粉虱自然种群的控制作用。[方法]在大棚条件下研究组建了由作用因子组配的烟粉虱自然种群生命表,应用种群趋势指数(I)、排除作用控制指数(EIPC)等指标评价了各作用因子对烟粉虱种群的控制作用。[结果]对照区烟粉虱的I值达到99.945 5;吡虫啉区烟粉虱的I值为7.565 8;矿物油区烟粉虱的I值仅为0.409 0。在矿物油使用区,"矿物油驱避成虫产卵"的EIPC最大,为17.543 9,其次分别是"矿物油对烟粉虱若虫的杀灭"、"矿物油对成虫的杀灭"和"矿物油对卵的杀灭",其EIPC分别为6.618 1、1.814 2和1.160 1。[结论]使用矿物油可达到控制烟粉虱种群增长的目标,其主要作用机理是驱避烟粉虱成虫产卵。 [Objective] The aim was to evaluate the control effects of Korea SK99% mineral oil on natural population of Bemisia tabaci completely and objectively.[Method] Life table of natural population of B.tabaci was established under the environment of tent,and index of population trend(I) and the exclusion index of population control(EIPC) were used to evaluate control effects of different affecting factors on B.tabaci population.[Result] The I-values of B.tabaci in control,imidacloprid-used area and mineral oil-used area were 99.945 5,7.565 8 and 0.409 0,respectively.In mineral oil-used area,EIPC of "mineral oil's deterring the oviposition of adults" which was 17.543 9 was the largest,and other affecting factors were "mineral oil's killing effect on numph","mineral oil's killing effect on adult" and "mineral killing effect on egg" whose EIPCs were 6.618 1,1.814 2 and 1.160 1,respectively.[Conclusion] The population growth of B.tabaci could be controlled by applying mineral oil,and the main acting mechanism was the mineral oil could deter the oviposition of B.tabaci adults.
