康乾时期陕西周至地区民生状况管窥

关注民生,应该是历朝历代统治者的职责。清代康乾时期老百姓的生活状况如何呢?该文以地方志为依据,选择农耕经济最具代表性的陕西周至地区,对康乾时期陕西周至百姓的生产、生活状况以及遭遇水灾、旱灾、兵灾后的情形进行考证,认为康乾时期陕西周至地区百姓生存状况堪忧。这恰恰是对"康乾盛世"的又一讽喻。

Pay attention to people＇s livelihood,should be Chinese dynasties ruler＇s duties.How about people＇s life during Kang-Qian period of Qing Dynasty Based on local records,people＇s normal production,living conditions and the situation after the flooding,drought in Zhouzhi Region in western Shaanxi were reviewed.It was concluded that situation of survival of people of in Zhouzhi Region during Kang-Qian period was worth to worry deeply.This is precisely a parody for the ＂Kang-Qian world＂.
