摘要 目的构建一种基于MATLAB的快速颅脑的三维重建方法,能完整的显示脑的三维形态并去掉头皮等组织。方法使用MATLAB中的cat、isosurface等函数,采用图像预处理、图像分割、插值和面绘制的方法进行三维重建。结果可获得清晰显示脑纵裂和脑横裂的颅脑三维影像,算法简单快速。结论算法基于MATLAB,灵活性高于使用三维重建软件。 Objective: To establish a rapid method of brain's three-dimensional reconstruction based on MATLAB,can display a complete three-dimensional form of the brain and remove the scalp and other organizations.Methods: The functions like the cat,isosurface of MATLAB were used.Three-dimensional reconstruction was done by image preprocessing,image segmentation,interpolation and surface rendering.Results: The algorithm was simple and fast,available to clearly indicate the longitudinal and transverse cerebral fissure in three-dimensional images of the brain.Conclusion: The algorithm based on MATLAB is more flexible than the three-dimensional reconstruction software.
