农村老年高血压病人服药依从性及其影响因素调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the medication compliance of the rural areas elderly hypertensive patients and influence factors

目的了解农村老年高血压病人用药依从性及影响因素。方法采用自行设计问卷,对某镇120名老年高血压患者服药依从性相关问题进行调查。结果老年病人服药依从性良好32例,占26.67%,依从性差88例,占73.33%。其影响因素涉及年龄、经济情况、疾病认知、药物因素、医生指导等诸多因素。尤其疾病认知差、家庭经济及年龄特征占主要因素。结论农村老年高血压病人依从性低,应对农村老年高血压患者进行关于高血压相关知识的健康教育,加强社会救助与支持,提高农村医疗卫生水平等护理干预。

Objective： To understand the medication compliance and influence factors of the rural areas elderly hypertensive patients.Methods： Some relative questions about the medication compliance of 120 elderly hypertensive patients from one town were investigated by the questionnaire designed by myself.Results： In 120 elderly hypertensive patients,32（26.67%） of them was good in the medication compliance and 88（73.33%） of them was bad.The influence factors were related to the age,income,perception of disease,drug and guidance of doctor,and the perception of disease,income and age were especially the main factors.Conclusion： The influence factors are low of the rural areas elderly hypertensive patients,so we should develop their relative knowledge of health education about hypertension,strengthen social assistance and support,and improve the level of the rural medicine and health,and other nursing intervention.
