CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+调节性T细胞在炎性疾病中的研究
摘要
1调节性T细胞抑制炎症反应维持免疫耐受的理论基础CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Foxp3+regulatory T cells,简称Tregs)是Sak-aguchi等于1995年首次报道存在于正常人和鼠类外周血及脾脏组织中,具有维持自身免疫耐受功能的一种T细胞亚群[1]。
