摘要
神经鞘瘤在人体各部均可发生,现就作者21年间遇见的7例分析报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 年龄与性别:男性3例,女性4例;就诊年龄最小18岁,最大53岁。1.2 组织病理:7例耳鼻咽喉神经鞘瘤术后均经病理证实,1例神经鞘瘤部分区域肿瘤细胞生长活跃。
Seven cases of neurolemmoma in the ear,nose or throat were reported.Generally neurolemmemas are benign.However there were two cases with malignant changes and one case with active prolifera- tion.Their clinical manifestation and pathologic appearances were discussed.Espeeial emphasis was laid on the location of tumor dealt with different surgical approach.
