摘要 单独给大鼠(n=5)氯化汞(10.9mg/kg/d×3)投药3天内全部死亡。但预先投以钼酸钠(300mg/kg/d×3)后再给同剂量氯化汞的动物全部存活。后者脑、肾、肝脏中汞含量比单独给氯化汞的动物减少,而肾、肝中钼含量增高,尿汞、尿钼日均排出量增高。脑中钼含量不增高。此现象提示钼有拮抗汞毒性作用。 Molybdenum Carries an effect on the toxicity of mercury chloride.Given mercury chloride (10.9mg/kg/d)alone for three days,the rats all died within three days sinee the drug was given.Those rats which were given mercury chloride of the same dose but had taken sodium molybdate(300mg/kg/ d)in advance all kept alive after three days since mercury chloride started to be taken.In the animals of the latter group the mercury level in the brain,kidneys and liver lowered,whereas molybdenum in the kidneys and liver increased,and molybdenum level in the brain was not high,and more mercury and molybdenum were discharged by urine.The result shows that molybdenum has a possible antago- nistic effect on toxicity of mercury.
