中关村科技园区中小企业R&D投入产出绩效评价

Efficiency Evaluation Between R&D Inputs and Outputs of SMEs in Zhongguancun Science Park

为实现"全国自主创新示范区"和"全球科技创新中心"的战略目标,中关村园区还需要进一步提升自主创新能力,中关村园区中小企业的数量约占一半,更应该作为优先扶持的目标。本文综合利用DEA方法中的CCR、BCC模型以及malmquist指数方法,对近年来中关村科技园区内的中小企业在发展过程中的R&D投入产出效率进行实证分析,得出数据结论并给出扶持发展中小企业的对策建议,以期为有关部门制定政策措施提供一定的参考。

The number of small and medium enterprises about half of Zhongguaneun Science Park enterprises. They should as a priority develop- ment target. This paper uses the DEA method of CCR, BCC model and Malmquist index method, analysis the efficiency between R＆D inputs and outputs of the SMEs in Zhongguancun science Park in recent years. Gives the data and draw conclusions,countermeasure proposal to support the development of SMEs Provide certain reference, to formulate policies and measures for relevant departments.
