摘要
采用卡特尔16项人格因素(Cattell's 16Personality Factor,简称16PF)对第29研究所80后新入职员工进行了抽样测试分析,并利用t检验将测试结果与普通职业青年进行了对比,客观地揭示了80后员工这一典型群体的人格特征,发现其部分人格特征与公众普遍主观认识有较大差异,为员工发展和培养等人力资源管理工作提供了客观支撑,可供同类科研生产单位参考借鉴。
Cattell's 16 personality factors have been utilized to analyse the post80s new staffs in our institute by sampling tests. The results were comared with common professional youths by ttest to figure out the characteristics in the personality of the post80s staffs. It was found that part of the resulting characteristics were different than the subjective understanding of the public, which can provide objective support for the HR man agements in relavent research & product institute, e.g. staff development and staff training.
