摘要
以甲苯为原料,经过溴化、酯化得到了反应型阻燃剂丙烯酸五溴苄基酯。五溴甲苯的合成在氯仿中进行,并在四氯化碳为溶剂、紫外光和AIBN的混合引发下,进一步得到五溴苄基溴;丙烯酸五溴苄酯的合成以氯苯为溶剂,苄基三乙基溴化铵为相转移催化剂。产品的结构经红外和核磁进行了表征。
Pentabromobenzyl acrylate was prepared using toluene as material, via the processes of hromination and esterification. Using chloroform as solvent, pentabromotoluene was firstly synthesized, which was subsequently brominated in carbon tetrachloride, initiated by ultraviolet and AIBN. The resulting intermediate product pentabromobenzyl bromide was then estefified with acrylic acid and polymefized to prepare the ultimate product. The esterification reaction was conducted in chlorobenzene, in the presence of phase transfer catalyst and inhibitor. The structure of pentabromobenzyl acrylate was characterized by NMR and FT-IR.
