摘要
电子通信企业研发有自身的特点,其R&D国际化动因与一般企业相比也有较大的不同。通过剖析电子通信企业R&D活动的特点,归纳其R&D国际化的动因,并采用问卷调查法,对我国电子通信企业R&D国际化的动因进行实证研究发现:一些被学者认为在R&D国际化过程中十分重要的市场因素对我国企业来说并不是特别重要的动因。故应在改善R&D投资环境、完善相关人才培养、使用和激励机制和支持我国技术标准战略的发展等方面做出努力。
The R&D of electronic and communication enterprises has its own characteristic. Compared with common enterprises, R^D internationalization of electronic and communication en- terprises has quite different motivation. In this paper, we make an analysis on the R&D character- istic of electronic and communication enterprises, and summarizes the motivation of R^D interna- tionalization. Finally, Questionnaire inventory was used to make an empirical study on R&D inter nationalization of electronic and communication enterprises in China. The result shows that some market factors which are considered to be important in the process of R&D internalization is not im- portant motivation in enterprises, and based on it, we propose the policy and suggestion to improve the R^D investment environment, related talent training, and encouragement mechanism and to support the development of technical standard strategy.
