摘要
通过GT-POWER、Flow simulation进行发动机的数字建模与仿真模拟,完成了凸轮轴曲线的优化设计。通过燃烧室的改造与可更换活塞顶的实验方法,对活塞顶部进行嵌入具有特定形状与定量体积的活塞顶。实现了燃烧室活塞室的改造与压缩比的调节。成功验证了充分利用做功行程的顶置进排气二冲程发动机的工作可行性和其节能减排效果。并且探索出一套可快速精确加工凸轮轴的方法,有效的减少凸轮加工的时间与费用。
The camshaft optimization design of curve by digital modeling and simulating of the engine using the GT-POWER and flow simulation is completed; and realized the reform of the combustion chamber and the regula- tion of compress ratio, and successfully verified the work feasibility which is full use the power stroke for the top two stroke engine exhaust and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction by using this method that the reform of and combustion chamber replaceable piston top experiment method. On the piston top to have specific shape and quantitative embedded in the size of the piston top. And it explores a set of method that can make machining cam- shaft quickly and accurately, and reduces the time and the cost of the CAM processing effectively.
