Research and Application of Drag Reduction and Transport Induction Technique about Nanliang-Huachi Oil Pipeline

南梁-华池输油管线随着年限增长,出现管线输送能力严重下降的问题。通过理论计算与现场实际结合,研究分析出造成管线输送能力下降的原因。制定出两套管线清洗方案并在现场实施,最终恢复管线输送通力,解决困扰生产的瓶颈问题。

Nanliang-Huachi oil pipeline had the problem which the ability of pipeline transportation was seri- ously degraded, with the increase of fixed number of years. By combining theoretical calculation and site actual sit- uation, The reason which caused the ability of pipeline transportation degraded is researched and analysed. Two sets of scheme of pipeline cleaning is made out. Finally, the ability of the pipeline transportation, solved the bottleneck problem of perplexing production.
