摘要
采用恒流放电的方法,检测铅酸蓄电池容量和内阻。以C8051F350单片机为控制核心,设计了铅酸蓄电池智能检测仪控制器。利用单片机内部PGA和24位A/D转换器,实现电流采样;采用PID算法,步进调整PCA0输出PWM占空比,精准实现恒流控制;模块化和中断查询相结合的软件设计,保证了检测精度,提高了运行效率。控制器增添了检测数据对比显示和语音提示设计,丰富了控制功能,提高了智能程度。控制器经过长时间的检测试验,运行稳定可靠,应用效果良好。
Based on constant current discharge, an intelligent detection method for lead-acid battery capacity and internal resistance is introduced. This controller achieves current sampling by the functions of C8051F350 MCU' PGA and 24-bit A/D converter. Constant current is controlled precisely by steply adjusting PWM' duty cycle of the PID algorithm. The operation efficiency and detection precision are improved by the software design of modu- lar and interrupt inquire. The controller function and intelligent degree are improved by adding the design of data contrast displaying and audio prompting. Through a long time of test, controller operation is stable and reliable, and excellent effects of application have been obtained.
