摘要
目的明确该建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出职业病危害关键控制点和防护的特殊要求,保护劳动者健康。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目主要职业病危害因素为:一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲烷、二氧化硫、硫化氢、甲醇、杂醇、氢氧化钠、噪声、高温。现场检测5种有毒物质,甲醇的合格率81.8%,其他有毒物质合格率100%,噪声检测合格率为75%。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施有效、可行,但应进一步改进甲醇生产职业病危害防护措施,加强职业卫生管理,加大宣传职业病防护知识,提高劳动者的自我防护意识。
Objective To identify occupational hazards generated by the construction project,analyze the degree of harm and the impact on the health of workers,put forward critical control points and the protection requirements.Methods The methods of field occupational health investigation,detection of occupational hazards in the workplace and checklist were applied to evaluate the construction project.Results In the production process,the major occupational hazard material were carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,methane,sulfur dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,methanol,fusel,sodium hydroxide,noise and high temperature.5 kinds of toxic substances were detected,qualified rate of methanol was 81.8%,the others were 100%,qualified rate of noise was 75%.Conclusion The control measures on the occupational hazards in the construction project are effective and feasible.Occupational hazard prevention facilities that are to be further refined and improved to prevent methanol hazard.
