摘要
目的了解急诊科护士评判性思维能力水平及其影响因素,为急诊科护士的培养提供参考依据。方法采用评判性思维能力测量表对广东省13所医院急诊科224名护士的评判性思维能力进行调查。结果急诊科护士评判性思维得分为(292.58±29.87)分,75.00%的护士得分大于280分;急诊工作年限、科室急救案例讨论、教学查房和阅读习惯是急诊科护士评判性思维能力的影响因素。结论急诊科护士的评判性思维水平属于正性,积极参与科室学术活动有利于护士评判性思维能力的提高。
Objective To understand critical thinking ability of emergency nurses and its influencing factors, so as to provide references for the training of emergency nurses. Methods A total of 224 emergency nurses from 13 hospitals in Guangdong province were investigated about their critical thinking ability u- sing Chinese Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory( CTDI - CV). Results The score of critical thinking in emergency nurses was (292.58 ~ 29.87 ) , a ratio of 75.00% nurses'score were more than 280 points. Working yeats in emergency department, participating in case discussion, teaching ward -round and reading habits were correlated with the critical thinking ability of emergency nurses. Conclusion The critical thinking ability of emergency nurses was positive and par- ticipating in the department academic activities actively can help to improve the critical thinking ability of emergency nurses.
