摘要
目的探讨引阳入阴推拿配合气息导引干预老年失眠患者的方法与效果。方法将60例老年失眠患者按照就诊先后顺序随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用引阳入阴推拿配合气息导引,对照组每晚口服1 mg舒乐安定,两组均连续治疗2周,治疗后随访2周,对患者的睡眠质量进行评估。结果引阳入阴推拿配合气息导引较口服舒乐安定能够更好地维持失眠干预效果(P<0.01)。结论引阳入阴推拿配合气息导引干预老年失眠患者的效果比药物干预失眠能更好地维持干预后效果。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of the massage of citing Yang into Yin with breath adjustment on the elderly's insomnia. Methods In the study, sixty elderly insomnia patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group received the massage of Yang dispersion and Yin with the breath adjustment,and the control group took oral 1 mg estazolam before sleep at night. Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks and followed up for 2 weeks. The involved patients were investigated to assess the quality of sleep. Results After the intervention,the sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The effect of the massage of citing Yang into Yin with breath adjustment was better than drug treatment on the elderly insomnia.
