临床护士认知情绪调节与心理健康状况的相关性研究

Study on correlation of clinical nurses'cognitive emotion regulation and mental health status

目的探讨临床护士认知情绪与心理健康现状及其相关性。方法采用认知情绪调节量表和症状自评量表对480名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士在认知情绪调节中,责备自己、沉思、灾难化和责难他人因子分低于常模,在接受、重新关注计划、积极重新评价和理性分析因子分高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在症状自评量表总分及各因子分均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);症状自评量表中躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执及总分与认知情绪调节量表中的责备自己、接受、沉思、理性分析、灾难化、责难他人及总分有相关性(P<0.01)。结论临床护士心理健康水平偏低,在遇到负性生活事件时较多应用积极的适应性策略,护士认知情绪与心理健康状况存在相关性。

Objective To explore the status and relationship between the clinical nurses＇cognitive emotion and mental health status. Methods Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Symptom Check List - 90 were used to investigated 480 clinical nurses. Results Some factors＇scores of the nurses in the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire, such as meditation, self - blame, eatastrophizing and accusing others were lower than the norms, while the scores of ac- ceptance, renewed focus on plan, positive reappraisal and rational analysis were higher than the norms （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total and factors＇ scores of SCL -90 were all bighter than the norms, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. There were correlation between the elements in the Symptom Check List - 90, which were somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, and the elements in the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Question- naire like the self - blame, acceptance, rumination, rational analysis, catastrophizing, blame others and total score （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The mental health of clinical nurses was in a lower level, and the clinical nurses usually take positive adaptation strategies to cope with negative life events. There is a correlation be- tween cognitive emotional and mental health.
