摘要
目的构建PICC护理质量控制体系。方法成立质量控制小组,小组人员培训,制订PICC护理操作流程及质量控制标准,严格质量控制考核,持续改进PICC护理质量。结果降低了患者PICC并发症发生率,提高了患者满意度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 PICC护理质量控制体系的实施,能够提高PICC护理质量,保障患者的安全。
Objective To construct the PICC nursing quality control system. Methods The measures included setting up a quality control team, strength- ening training, making the nursing manipulation process and quality - control standards of PICC, and with strict quality control inspection to achieve a aim of con- tinuous improvement of PICC nursing quality. Results The incidence of PICC complications was lowered, the patient satisfaction was improved, the differences was significant statistically （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of the PICC nursing quality control system can improve the nursing quali- ty of PICC and ensure the safety of patients.
