卵胞浆内单精子注射技术治疗男性不育的现状

摘要 卵胞浆内单精子注射技术即显微授精技术(ICSI)。随着常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的出现,不久后产生了卵胞浆单精子注射技术,用于治疗严重的男性不育。随着ICSI技术的不断成熟,使用范围越来越广,但是不能取代常规IVF,ICSI治疗昂贵,是一种侵入性操作,存在遗传缺陷潜在的风险,因此ICSI应限于有适应证者。
